AIRIFY - SHIPPING POLICY
At Airify, we are committed to delivering your orders swiftly and safely. We understand the excitement of receiving your favourite fragrances, and we work hard to ensure a smooth shipping experience for every customer.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next working day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national holidays.
In rare cases of stock unavailability or high order volumes (such as during sales or festive seasons),
processing may take an additional 1-2 days. If we foresee any significant delay, our team will proactively update you.
Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders (Online Payments): Free Shipping available only order above 497/-.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD is not available at this time.
• International Orders: Currently, we do not ship internationally.
Delivery Timeline
Our typical delivery timelines:
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4-7 business days
• Remote/Rural Locations: 5-10 business days
Please note, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (strikes, weather, courier delays).
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link and courier details. You can also track your order by logging into your Airify account on our website.
Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Airify is not liable for delays or non delivery arising from incorrect addresses or contact details.
Delayed or Lost Shipments. If your order is unusually delayed or shows no tracking updates after 7 days, please contact us at Assist.airify@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If you receive a visibly damaged package, kindly take photos/videos and refuse to accept it. Please contact us immediately with details so we can assist with a resolution.
