Airify — Refund & Return Policy
At Airify, your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have a clear and fair Refund and Return Policy.
Returns Eligibility
We offer replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong item delivered
• Defective product (e.g., leakage or faulty packaging)
Non-Returnable Conditions
• Opened, used, or tampered products
• Products purchased via discount sales (unless defective)
• Orders with incorrect address input
Reporting Procedure
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via Assist.airify@gmail.com
• Share order ID, a clear unboxing video (preferred), and photos of the product issue.
• Without sufficient proof (photos/videos), claims may be rejected.
Resolution Options
• Replacement: Fastest resolution depending on product availability
• Refund: Processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 working days
• Store Credit/Coupon: Available on request for future purchases
Refund Timelines
• Prepaid Orders: Refund via original payment method
• COD Orders: Refund via UPI or bank transfer (we will contact you)
• Refund processing time: 5-7 working days
Order Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours after placing. Contact our team for quick action.
• Orders cannot be canceled after shipment dispatch.
Exceptions & Limitations
• Airify reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests in cases of policy
misuse.
• Refund decisions are final after internal verification.
